Definitions |

 For
the purposes of the Agreement the following expressions shall bear
the following meanings: |

"Agreement" means
the contract for the sale of Products by World Audio Centre to customer |

"Clause" means
a clause of these Terms and Conditions |

"Customer" means
the person whose order to purchase Products is accepted by World
Audio Centre |
| |
"World
Audio Centre" means World Audio Centre Pte
Ltd |
| |
"Products" means
the products forming the subject matter of the Agreement and includes
any and all parts, components and materials embodies or included
in them, and any service and/or
software licence as may be applicable. |

"Price" means
the price for Products |

"Territory" means
the country from which Products are shipped. |

Payment
Method |

We accept
Visa, Master and Telegraphic Transfer (TT). For customer protection,
all information on the order sheet, including credit card holder's
name, number, billing address, is subjected to verification prior
to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely
use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission. You need
not worry about the safety of your credit card information when shopping
with us. Our website did not store credit card information. Whenever
you paying your order at us, you will be forwarded to Worldpay's secure

Shipping |

Order received
before 9am (Singapore Time GMT + 800Hrs) are processed and delivered
on the third business day subject to approval of credit card or
Telegraphic Transfer (TT). Order received after 9am will be delivered
on the fourth business day subject to approval of credit card or
Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
These apply to Singapore deliveries only. For international order, please
refer DHL (www.dhl.com)
World Audio Centre offers DHL shipment. Please note that each shipment
requires a signature upon delivery.
Once your order leaves our destination centre, you will be contacted
by the shipper or us (this only apply to all Singapore deliveries) to
arrange a specific time for delivery. You can email us on delivery or
other special instructions. The receiver's address must be correct, please
ensure someone is there to receive it at the agreed time or else additional
delivery charges may apply if the order is to be resent.

Courier
We use popular international courier, DHL. To deliver your product(s) depending
on the country of delivery. The delivery time varies from 2 to 10 days
depending on the destination. |

The product(s) ordered by you will be kept at our store for your collection.

Change
Of Particular |
| |
Any change
of particulars (E.g. shipping address) must be made within 24 hours
after placing the order before delivery, which ever is earlier. |

Custom & Import
Duties Information |
| |
You may be
subject to import / customs duties and taxes which are levied when
packages reaches the destination country. These additional charges
for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control
over these charges and cannot predetermine what they may amount to.
If you have chosen International Courier as your shipping mode, then
these companies may undertake to pay custom duties / taxes on your
behalf and subsequently collect these from you. Normally the courier
companies would call the receiving party to inform them the amount
of custom & import duty / tax that is being levied. |

Warranties |
| |
All products
come with 1-year local warranty. Only certain product comes with
International warranty. During the carry-in warranty period, where
applicable, World Audio Centre shall repair or replace products in
their original or equivalent packaging with the original receipt
or the customer’s copy of the product warranty with World Audio
Centre’s company stamp clearly marked thereon. World Audio
Centre is not obliged to accept any returned product for warranty
services without an original receipt or the customer’s copy
of the product warranty with World Audio Centre’s company stamp. |

Cancellation of
Orders |

Cancellation
of orders must be made within 24 Hours of placing the order or before
delivery whichever is earlier. However, we will not entertain any
cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer. |

Confirmation of
Orders |

We will send an electronic
acknowledgement (in the form of e-mail) to the customer within 24
hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items
ordered are unavailable, a message will be send to the customer for
further action. |

Exchange / Refunds |

All our goods sold are
non-exchangeable and non-refundable. |

placed an order with World Audio Centre, you can check its status
ay any time. Click on "Account" link at the top of any
page at World Audio Centre website to sign into your account. |

Tracking |

into our website and click on "Order Tracking" where you
will find link to DHL, the shippment mode we provide. Once you have
follow the lik to the appropriate site, you will be prompted for
the shipment tracking number. You can find this number on the shipment
confirmation e-mail message sent to you at the time of shipment by
emailing us from the same page to get your tracking number. |

Availability / Price Fluctuation |

Since Manufacturers
constantly update their products and prices, and may change at any
time the availability or price of particular models. World Audio
Centre makes every effort to keep ample of stock for the products
advertised. In the unlikely event that we cannot replenish the stock
due to discontinuance of the product or increase in price. We will
advise you through the E-mail of the price changed or offer you a
comparative product without obligation to purchase. Our prices are
as advertised unless there is a remarkable change from the manufacture
to our cost, which could cause us to change the quoted price. Should
we get special deals from the manufacturer with discounted prices,
we will pass these on to you for additional saving on our already
low advertised prices. We will try to maintain a high level of efficiency
to serve you better. |

user who has been prohibited from participating in export transaction
by any agency of any government. |
